Skinny Blue

There is a new H&M store opening tomorrow in my (extended) neighborhood!  Whoohoo!!!  I SO wish I could be one of their first 200 customers this Thursday for a chance to win a Fashion Pass worth store money!   Unfortunately, I can't quite justify leaving work for that.  And after work doesn't look super promising either...we'll see.  Fellow Twin Citians, are YOU going?

These blue skinnies were the last purchase I made at H&M.  Clearance, $5.

A little tip about H&M (for the newbies):  sizes are European.  So take your American size and the next 3 sizes up into the dressing room.  If you think you're a 6, you might just be a 10.  Don't freak out.  It's not you, it's the clothes.  Repeat mantra.

Sweater:  TJMaxx
Pants:  H&M
Shoes:  Kenneth Cole
Purse:  Nine West via TJMaxx

Yes. I think we all need to repeat that in ANY store! :)

I love the different shades of blue in your outfit. You look awesome in skinnies!

I'm so excited they are bringing an H&M closer than WB. I've been debating whether or not I'll have time on my lunch break to make a stop there :)

I like the blue skinnies. I probably won't have time to go to the new store tomorrow, since it is pretty far from my office.

I had no idea about this. How exciting! An H & M that close to my house could be dangerous! I'm wearing new H & M pants purchase today as well.

My sister needs to learn that mantra, she hates buying clothes at H&M that take her out of her precious single digits. haha. I know size is just a number and have no issue with the numeric range of my closet; if a 0 from one store and an 8 from another both fit me, I can't really base my liking of my body on a number.

But anyway, those skinnies were an amazing purchase at $5! I'm totally jealous!

That floaty sweater is so lovely on you. The neckline, the draping, the print... simply lovely. And I adore the blue skinnies with those gorgeous peep-toes! Fantastic look!

The blue skinnies with the blue print of you top look great together. I also like the balance of volumes between the two pieces.
